BCBA Job Application

  • BalanceAbility Wellness is in its foundational stage — and we’re looking for a BCBA who’s not only confident in their clinical work, but also open to growth, change, and shaping systems together. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and wants to play a key role in building a mission-driven practice from the ground up.

  • As a newly forming practice, we’re looking for team members who are open to a little uncertainty, a lot of communication, and meaningful collaboration. If you’re flexible, solutions-focused, and interested in helping shape something new, you’ll fit right in.

    • Provide in-home and community-based supervision for clients and RBTs

    • Develop and oversee treatment plans rooted in each client’s real-life needs

    • Conduct assessments and provide parent training

    • Review and analyze data, update programs, and maintain documentation

    • Collaborate directly with the founder on operations and quality of care

    • Active BCBA certification (in good standing)

    • At least 1 year of experience preferred, but not required

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and family-centered care

    • Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving start-up environment

    • $65–$85/hour (based on experience + responsibilities)

    • Flexible scheduling (you help shape it!)

    • Admin/documentation time included

    • Opportunity to help develop programs and systems

    • A mission-driven work culture that values your input, not just your credentials

RBT Job Application

    • After submitting your application, we’ll review it within 1–3 business days

    • If it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a short intro call or interview

    • We’ll talk about your experience, availability, and fit for the team

    • If hired, you’ll receive onboarding, paid training, and support to start strong

    • As we grow, your feedback and ideas will help shape how we work together

    • Work 1:1 with clients using ABA strategies

    • Follow treatment plans created by your BCBA

    • Collect data and document sessions

    • Support families respectfully in everyday routines

    • Stay in communication with your BCBA and the team

    • Active RBT certification (or willing to get certified)

    • Experience with kids, teens, or neurodiverse clients

    • Reliable, flexible, and open to feedback

    • Great communication and people skills

    • Passionate about helping families thrive

    • $22–$30/hour (based on experience)

    • Flexible part-time hours

    • Paid training & supervision

    • Respectful, collaborative team culture

    • Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven practice
